Todd B. Jaffe, M.D.
Dr Jaffe is the founder of Brevard Pain Management, Inc. He is a native Floridian, with two sons; Philip, a chef, and Aaron, who is studying pre-med in college. He is married to Shirley who keeps him grounded and very happy. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Miami and his medical degree is from the Chicago Medical School, graduating at age 22. His internship, residency, and fellowship in Anesthesiology and subspecialties were done at Bowman-Gray School of Medicine in North Carolina, completing these in 1982. He has successfully taken numerous board examinations, presently board certified in Anesthesiology, Addiction Medicine, and subspecialty certified in pain medicine through the American Board of Anesthesiology. He was one of the first in the country to achieve subspecialty certification in pain management. He is the past president of the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine and a Founding Member of the American Neuromodulation Society. He has lectured extensively on many aspects of pain medicine and addiction medicine across the country. When not hard at work practicing medicine he and his wife love to travel and attend the opera.
