About Brevard Main Management
Dr Jaffe began practicing in Titusville, Florida at Parrish Medical Center Same Day Surgery Center in April of 1991. He later decided to open his own practice and created Brevard Pain Management, Inc., opening the Titusville office in January 1995. Our satellite office opened June 1995 in Melbourne, Florida.
